Must have been fixed – United Concordia Dental Mobile Review

I got it for the in-app ID card even though I saw mostly negative reviews. Everything works. I can see all my benefits and look up my dental history. There are sections for oral wellness and for what to do in dental emergencies. Plenty of educational material. The App Store description doesn’t tell you there are two glossaries in the App with dental and orthodontic definitions and even dental legal terminology. A ton of info. One reviewer could only search for a dentist within 25 miles. That is (now?) based on zip code - still may limit some folks. I’m writing this in early April, 2018 if that helps. You can tap to go online to your account from the app. I’m not sure when it would be necessary though. This app simplifies. It’s a great package. They did an amazing job. It’s free and very helpful.
