I lost my photos? – Private Photo Vault - Pic Safe Review

I have changed my phone and before that i put every thing on my I cloud but when i re intered my accont and tried to backup my photos (1500+ photo) on Photo Vault , the app when it downlouded there is no photos on it please! help me to restord my lost photos.
