Only 3 stars because.... – Weather - The Weather Channel Review

I keep disabling the ‘Breaking News’ notifications and somehow they are getting re-enabled. I really like the app but I do not need to know about rain on the east coast, etc. If this is some “feature” that the Breaking News is being re-enabled automatically, and I’m being force fed breaking news from around the country, then I’ll just uninstall the app and use something else.
