What Happened? – MIX - Photo Editor & Filters Review

When I first downloaded this app there were hundreds of filters to download. I hadn't used the app for a while, so when I opened it tonight I was quite surprised. And not in a good way. I went to look for different filters to download. It's only showing me 17 and almost all of them are .99 or up for EACH filter. No thanks.
