Problem with undo and no customer support – Tringles™ logic block puzzles Review

I’ve purchased the undo feature 3 times and it never works. I still have to pay 20 coins if I hit the button. I’ve sent 3 emails since March 24th and haven’t heard anything. Very frustrated.
