Glitch after update? – Buggle 2 - Bubble Shooter Review

I’ve enjoyed this game for awhile, but after this week’s update I seem to be getting a glitch: I have plenty of lives, but when I start a level the bear looks distressed and I have no balls to throw. Just me?
