“Service unavailable” error and unresponsive support – Medscape CME & Education Review

I downloaded this app based on the high reviews, but my experience has been disappointing. The only feature of the app that works is the activity tracker for credits earned. All other promoted features give me a service available message. App Support has been unresponsive. I’d delete the app entirely if I didn’t already have so many CEUs earned.
