Doesn’t work – Live Pictures Cam & gif photo maker: A camera for Moving Photos Review

I’ve downloaded this app on my IPad Pro 10.5 and when I open it it just vanishes. Please Help with this app. Restarted it and reinstalled it. Does the same. Maybe needs updating?
