Freezes & Shuts Down - PLEASE FIX – Princess Salon 2 - Makeup, Dressup, Spa and Makeover - Girls Beauty Salon Games Review

My granddaughter really loves this game. She especially likes the daily tasks to earn and open new items. BUT the last few weeks the spa, makeup & DressUp part of the game freezes part way through and shuts off the game so the extra items can never be earned. Please fix it for my nine year old granddaughter!
