Not compatible with iOS 9 iPad or just iPad idk – Angry Birds Evolution Review

I tried to play it but it said its not compatible with my device its either iOS 9 or just this iPad itself I don't know. But idk how good it is wish I could. I read the other reviews and I wanted to check if they were true but couldn't oh well.?☹️
