App can find the printer but cannot complete set up – Epson Printer Finder Review

It appears that the app while it can find the printer, will now no longer sync with it. It was working fine and then stopped. I can’t find a way to correct this on the printer. And the app when you try to set up the printer, cannot connect to it... Strangely my desktop and laptop can both print but not my iOS devices. When you go to support you are sent to the Epson website header page, not to a support page which would be helpful.
