Bike wouldn’t unlock – Spin — Electric Scooters Review

I tried to get one on campus and scanned the bike with my phone but it never unlocked nor made that sweet sweet beep. The timer has been going on for over 11 hours now. There’s no live support for things like this, I’m stuck on the app with the timer, and the only thing I could do is leave a voicemail and send a support ticket and hope someone responds.
