App is freezing – Match To Win: Real Money Games Review

I love this game, But it keep freezing. I can’t get it to unfreeze. I try to contact app support. The app support is not working. So I uninstall the app, then reinstall the app. When I do this I lose all my points. I have to start over. I have 12,000 points now. If I have uninstall this app. I will not reinstall again. I don’t think that is right.
