Very Entertaining, but... – Daily Random Facts Review

The Good: This app is just bursting with cool facts and information to entertain you for hours. Even better, all those amazing facts are available offline! You can even change your font of the facts to 3 select fonts without paying. I have also NEVER seen an ad on this app, on and offline. The Bad: While this may be an awesome app, it is far from perfect. It won’t charge you for every little thing, but it does charge you to see your favourite, or starred facts. Not to mention, you also have to pay to search for facts or by select categories and to change the font of the facts from more than just 3 free fonts. The Facts: Ok, this was the deciding factor that made my review change from 4 stars to 3 stars. The facts. While many of the facts are fun and delightful, one fact said this: “Afghanistan is the only country that starts with an “a” and doesn’t end with an “a.” It took me a while, but I soon realised the country Azerbaijan fell under that same criteria and wasn’t listed. I haven’t seen the fact again, which led me to think that it was removed. You can tell by looking at the facts that they overlap, like the one about L.A. The facts are very repetitive, but occasionally a new update will come out and add 10 new facts. Fun at first.
