Good App - Constantly Asks for In-App Reviews at Startup – Passwords Manager Vault Review

Like the app but constantly asks for a review on iTunes. More annoyingly does not follow rules to have this issue mitigated by the iOS setting to toggle off In-App Ratings and Reviews.
