But for those who have a real desire to change, who are willing to be teachable and do the work, this is an excellent resource and tool. The readings and videos are as comprehensive as anything I’ve read. The activities and homework make you dig deep, and the badges and notifications help you stay on track. I keep coming back to the app for the next assignment. It is helping me stay focused. I’ve purchased the 1 month subscription to evaluate a little longer but if all goes well I just might purchase the lifetime subscription.
