2nd Gen owner - eero drops off wifi – eero home wifi system Review
When the eero works it's fantastic but now after 7 months after the purchase I really regret the expensive purchase because the lack of support. When the eero drops of wifi every day multiple times and support can not do anything for you but to tell you to power cycle the eero. Then they will blame your ISP, Ethernet wires and cable modem. I got fed up so I bought a brand new modem, new Ethernet cables but I still get the same problems. I verified with my isp that my internet connection is sold and now I'm going to buy a USB to Ethernet dongle to also prove to eero support that it's a defective unit. So the $399 I paid to eero is really $550. Stay away from the product, support will not help you. Get another brand known for networking. It'll save you grief.
