Cancelled Subscription and was still Charged – Fax from iPhone - Zap Fax Review

The app isn’t even downloaded on my phone since last year I cancelled the subscription and yesterday I notice I received an receipt of $16.99 for something IVE NEVER EVEN USED, can I get a refund please!!!!
