Need help – Heart's Medicine: Time to Heal Review

Soooo I purchased this game. I bought it but accidentally deleted it soo it wants me to re-buy it again. I don’t think it’s right for me to already buy the game and it’s purchased in my name...remind u it’s $10 that I bought. But now have to do this again ?‍♀️I think it’s fair for me to still play what I purchased even tho I deleted it. Soo now I’m upset ??soo far one star.
