Keeps freezing, won’t refresh! – Gas Station: Car Parking Sim Review

This game is fun to play but there is a bug in it and we can’t seem to keep it from freezing when we try to open level 14 for beginner, normal mode. It is very frustrating. Please fix ASAP!
