Roses are Red, Violets are Blue – Jetpack Fighter Review

I played for the Nemesis skin, and so did you. The gameplay itself is okay, what warrants my one star review is the level design. I’m used to hard games. I’ve beaten Castlevania 1 without using a continue. I play multiple fighting games. I play Touhou regularly. I’ve even picked up Monster Hunter a few months before World game out. With this in mind, I can say confidently that this game’s level design is downright dickish after the first few levels, and not helping matters is the fact that you have to clear 48 levels to get the Nemesis skin. To whoever at Hi-Rez was in charge of the level design: You have my utter contempt and I hope you step on Legos daily for the rest of your life while also burning your mouth on every pizza you eat.
