Help – Star Girl: Princess Gala Review

Hi, uhh actually a great game I really like it tho,I’m having a problem here :( well umm I had another star girl acc long ago on different device and umm I connected that to Facebook and did the same on here to have my acc on my iPhone and well i was happy that i got my acc back that a notification popped up for new content thing I downloaded it and when I restarted it it again showed me new content thing i downloaded again and again but it wasn’t working:( now my star girl acc isn’t working:( I contacted support either way but no response :(
