Too many issues – ShopWell - Better Food Choices Review

I love this app. It’s very useful to me...when it works. Half the time I try to use it, it won’t function. It won’t load, I can’t log in, I’m at the grocery store and it won’t scan properly...so it kind of defeats the entire purpose of having it. I messaged the app via Facebook today after it once again wouldn’t allow me to log in, and they said they were having an issue they expected to resolve shortly. That was at 5pm and it’s now almost 11pm. I even deleted and reloaded it. It’s clearly an issue with the app. Kind of disappointing, especially after it was recommended to me by a GI doctor and dietician.
