Don't tell me the journal thing is connectivity – 21-Day Meditation Experience Review

I agree with stunned and disappointed. My journal is completely unreliable. I've contacted customer service and they told me it is my wifi. This is me, sitting in my house, using the same iPad and web service every day with the same number of bars with 5G that has crashed precisely twice in the last two years and I am calling this bunk. No spooling with my Netflix, my Hulu, my Amazon video, but your JOURNAL requires better internet? Seriously? Do I need to write on the satellite itself? FIX YOUR JOURNAL. I can stream video over and over but your princess and pea journal needs more bandwidth? And oh, the crashing. It crashes. I bought these meditations and I cannot access them many times. There has to be some kind of consumer act against this. Update 2017: STILL WITH THE CONSTANT DOWNLOADING AND NO JOURNAL ACCESS. STILL. NOT. FIXED. Update 2018: FIRE THE APP GUY!!! I would buy more meditations but you continue to offer a broken service and it is ridiculous.
