OFFER BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE – 2XL MX Offroad Review

UPDATE I am still disappointed in your customer service. I took weeks before your company made contact with me. You guys must improve that. Your games are very nice but your customer service needs help. Hire me! I live in the same city! I received a response here from the developer. The game has been reinstated. I don’t know if it’s Apple or them who have a confusing redeeming procedure but I still insist the developer should offer better customer service. Communicating with them is practically impossible. I thank the developer and the only reason I insisted is because I like their games. Original review: I changed to an iPhone X. Every app was transitioned without any problem. Except this one! This one is prompting me to pay again. I tried contacting the developers thorught their website. No response. I called them. Phone disconnected. I emailed them. No response.
