Worst App Ever – Philo Edu Review

I have no idea why my university uses this service, everything buffers, you can’t do playback because every time you try you get that “playback error” message, I’ll simply be watching something I recorded for later and it’ll automatically restart the entire movie or episode without a fault, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Doesn’t matter what tv show, movie, or channel this app is just plain awful. Will be recommending this app be replaced with something better.
