Didn’t unlock game packs after purchase – Classic Card Games Collection Review

My PayPal was charged $7.28 for a $4.99 purchase of the Ad Free option along with ALL of the games but NONE of the game “packs” or the Ad Free option were unlocked. Please tell me how to unlock everything or refund my money.
