Not happy at all! – Blurtic Blur Photo Background Review

I had to upgrade, because I had only 5 tries at which time I had not figured out the system. Every time I blurred the background the eyes also blurred. I tried everything and could not fix it. If I could ask someone for help from the company, maybe I could make this work, otherwise this is a big waste of money!
