Doesn’t work – State Farm® Pocket Estimate Review

Uploaded the app. Asks for a password without first displaying a page to set up a user name and password. I click forgot password. (Only option available) Asks for my email to send password. Then states no email on file. I’ve deleted and uploaded app twice. Same thing happened both times.
