jobs issue – 2020: My Country - Build your future city Review

Submitted my issue to customer support. I purchased the building the new task tells me too but its not recognizing when I am completing jobs. Customer Support said I must buy another building and that I bought that before I should have, so it doesn't recognize the completed job, yet it knows that I added special trees/lights!!!
