Great, but needs new App Shelves & Icon Skins. – Pimp Your Screen - Cool Themes Review

Why did you retire Icon Skins and App Shelves in the menu? Now I have to get 'em in Home Screen Maker, but I'd like more variety with those. Please add them to the menu again.
