Update needed ASAP – Baby Log - Activities, Growth and Milestones Review

I have ALLLLLL my children’s milestones on the app and can’t access since the app is not up to date with the current iOS11 system. I just want that info. Is there another way how?? Please help! I can’t find any customer service info either ?
