None response to emails. – Checkbook - Ledger Review

I purchased the drop box and it won’t work for me. Every day for over a week I emailed them about it. Not one reply back from them. Emailing is the only way to contact them. Also went through Apple. They said couldn’t help with a third party's app. Money down the drain with this app.
