Don’t let your castle get deleted – Clash of Clans Review

What ever you do, don’t let your castle get deleted. They’ll reset set it once but that’s it. For some reason their system deleted my castle twice. Customer service reset it once but refused to a second time. Now every time I reach out to get help, they just delete my requests and refuse to even respond. I’ve proved all the information “customer service” asked for but they still refuse to help even though I’ve spent money in this game. I guess I’m out of luck. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’d give zero stars but I have to give one.
