Not working – Add Ons for Minecraft PE (Minecraft Addons) Review

How come it’s not working? I paid $4 to unlock all of the add-ones and then tried to install two add ones to our Minecraft app and its not even showing up in the Minecraft at all. Can someone please tell me how to do it or is this just a scam?
