Took my sons money and didn't unlock anything! – Mortal Warrior Hero Creator for Mortal Kombat Review

We just spent $3.99 to unlock everything and it took the money and didn't unlock anything. I've tried going to the app developer website and it will not load. Any suggestions? Help! My son is so upset!
