Game info won’t transfer to new device – Assassin's Creed Pirates Review

I really enjoyed this game and had started to collect and build ships and other things. Then I got a new phone and even with it being back up and transferred I lost all data. My game center logged in and still has my stats but that’s it. Plus game won’t let me open it back up since starting over and going to any map. Very let down as I really did like this game
