Good but update lost my progress and gems – Tap Knights: Heroes & Monsters Review

Was enjoying them I updated to newest version. Soon as I went back in I had all 3 hero’s but lost all money gems and progress. I also noticed many other comments with the same issue but the developers just keep saying sorry u didn’t like it. We do like it just fix the issue and get my game back ?
