Wrong time zone! – Spectrum TV Review
The app works about like I would expect, except I'm on the west coast and the app displays east coast times. This has been going on for several months now throughout several application “upgrades.“ I contacted customer service, who kicked it up the chain, but still no resolution. There's no option in the settings to set or correct your time zone, so I'm stuck with it.
This isn’t just me; it is a problem with every Spectrum user around here that I’ve been able to check with—even the escalation technicians who came out to resolve a cable connectivity issue.
It does not work correctly for anyone in my area.
