Can someone just help me... for realsies!! – Sudo: Secure Private Messenger Review

I use to looooove this app. I used it on a regular, until it stopped working. I uninstalled and installed the app again, and I kept getting the same error message. It won’t allow me even access the app, and it says to contact support. I’ve done that three times already, and everyone that I talk to gives me the same answer or “solution” even after I had just told them I knew that wasn’t the problem because I had already checked. The last person I talked to even asked if i was sure... umm hello, I’m not stupid and I just told you the last person had the same solution which hadn't work. I didn’t want to write this review, but I figured this might be the only way I might get a real solution and not the same one. I want to be able to use the app give you guys the 5 stars you guys do deserve because this is a great app, but as of now I am sticking to the one star because you guys really haven’t done anything to help me and if I download the app it’s just a waste of space because it doesn’t work.
