Can’t load the app past log-in – Monster Chef Review

I had ordered the game for pre-orders because it looked like a cool game. I got it today but it will not load past the log-in screen. It keeps telling me there were connection issues when I am running on strong WiFi and cellular. So I can’t give much on the game but expect some troubles in the load up of the game.
