Lost progress no tech support – Great Royale Wars - Clash of Block Review

Game was awsome , was in great NovaUSA club! Game started lagging and freezing so badly that i couldnt find any tech support or customer service help in the game.. was able to fill out a little form by coming to the app store finding the game and selecting support . So this is defiantly telling u there no help. I deleted the game and reinstalled if hoping to fix lag issue.. well yes it did but it also loaded a new account. Even tho i selected connect to game centre nothing happend . I lost the cards i purchased wth real money , my progress and my account.. how to get it back? God knows cause u have no one to talk to about these issues ... NOT WORTH IT
