Fraud service, don't buy any package – YuppTV - Live TV & Movies Review

I paid for the cricket package , they promptly deducted the $9.99 but then the package is not active. I called their customer care and they asked me to write to support, their support says the package is active!! I keep sending them pictures of inactive package but no response. No help at all. Bunch of fraudsters, apple needs to shut them down.
