Bad service team and lost 8000 cards cause of it – TWD Universe Collect by Topps® Review

I have played this for a while. I had put some money into this app for cards and was fine. What they didn’t do was update everyone to iOS 11. Because of this I tried signing in one day and it wouldn’t let me. I contacted the support team and they sent me directions what to do. I did EXACTLY what they said to do. Over the next 2 days they sent me the same directions and I did the exact same things again. Now 2 days have passed and heard nothing from them. This is bad service and they don’t help. It really put me off and have to get this out there. Don’t waste your time or money on this It could be great but the support and service is worst I’ve ever seen. I lost 8000 walking dead cards because of this
