Frame problem – Pyro Movie FX Review

Hey I love this app and have been using it for about 3 years making movies but I noticed recently that when I add fire, smoke, or explosion the video will get messed up when I watch it. When the effect comes up in the video the frames go all wacky and everything starts lagging everywhere and even think it is actually replaying the same frame multiple times every frame or something. The actual fire or smoke effect in the video is the only thing running smoothly with no glitchy frames in the video. If you can fix this that would be awesome.
