Why?? – What's Up? A Mental Health App Review

It was working so well and when I tried logging in today it said their was a problem so I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if that would work but it won’t let me log back into my account and says that my password or username are incorrect when they aren’t and I tried to change my password? If there is anyway to get back into my account that would be good. Please help
