Australia calls – WhatsCall-Calling App+Recorder Review

Tried calling a tour company in Australia while in Australia several times keep getting the all circuits are busy routine, useless if I can't call while in country on vacation. Now WhatsCall drops phone calls from the us to England, app is becoming useless. No longer able to use this app as it will not connect to numbers in the US or in England, don't understand all the rave reviews on here, they can't be real users..
