Hit or miss – Earthquake: American Red Cross Review

Works sometimes but doesn’t at other times. Alerts of earthquakes are spotty as the app doesn’t even know of an event that happened where I live in CA. The location selection is very hard to select international locations. In fact it doesn’t even work anymore. Not too reliable!
