Paid for but will not unlock all the poses – Yoga For Weight Loss Beginners Review

I love the app and all the poses but it will not unlock all of the positions. I paid for the premium app with all the poses to be accessible but they aren’t. Not sure what to do or who to contact. I know it is a simple fix but don’t know what to do.
