Saving all the monies!! – 12 Minute Athlete Review

Made a home gym in my apartment with this app, along with a push up and squat pyramid app, I have seen fantastic results. Thanks for making workouts at 5:30am manly and worth getting up for! I’ve also dropped almost 4 mins on my 100 burpee challenge! Thank you! Love the app, but I have some suggestions. 1. Please connect to the health app and track heart rate for people with iwatches 2. Can you potentially allow me to select two workouts at the beginning, I use extra core workouts often. I would love it if I could combine workouts together. Do the 12 minute workout first, then the core challenge. I often forget I want to do that or get distracted in my house after I finish and skip the core challenge. 3. Mentioned before, but theirs limited customization with the app. I would love to make my own workouts and have time customization. 4. Potential added equipment / workout areas. Wind sprints?
